Hello! After years of reading blogs and accumulating an embarrassing amount of blogs on my google reader, I decided to come up with my own blog. My plan is to chronicle the projects, events, and general mischief that Chris and I get into.
Here's a little bit about me:
I married my best friend Chris, in May 2009 in Isla Mujeres, Mexico. We moved to Austin shortly thereafter and then moved back to Dallas 9 months later. In June 2010, Chris and I bought our first home, a townhouse close to downtown Dallas. We have a tuxedo cat named Mija. We enjoy traveling and eating mexican food, and laughing.
The blog gets it's name from our short stature (Janna: 5'6", Chris: 5'5") and the fact that our new home is 4 stories tall. Thus, Short People, Tall House was born.
